Terms and conditions

1. General provisions

These terms set out the conditions for buying and selling goods in the online shop www.partrestart.com and the rights, obligations and liability of the buyer and the seller.

The seller is Part restart, MB, company code 307796599, VAT code LT100020504915, registered address Sodybų g. 26, Aukštelkės k., LT-80181 Šiaulių r., tel. +370 687 97226. You can also contact us via the contact form.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. Goods may be purchased by legally capable natural persons aged 18 or over and by legal entities.

2. Orders and conclusion of the contract

You can place an order as a guest or with an account. The purchase contract is concluded when you place an order, pay for it and receive the order confirmation by email.

Before placing an order, check that your contact and delivery details are correct — the buyer is responsible for inaccurate details and any resulting delivery delays.

The seller has the right to cancel an order if the product is no longer available or if its price or other information was obviously stated in error. In that case we will inform you and refund the full amount paid within 14 days.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. The delivery cost depends on the chosen delivery method and is shown before you pay for the order. The price valid when the order was placed does not change afterwards.

You can pay for your order using the methods offered at checkout, for example online banking or a payment card. Payments are processed securely by the payment service provider Paysera LT, UAB. We start processing the order once payment is received.

When buying on behalf of a company, enter the company details during checkout — we will include them on the invoice.

4. Delivery

We deliver goods by the method the buyer chooses: by courier to the specified address, to a DPD parcel locker, or you can pick them up in store. Delivery methods, prices and times are described on the Delivery terms page.

Check the packaging when you receive the shipment. If it is damaged, follow the instructions in the "Damaged shipment" section of the Returns and warranty page. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to them.

5. Choosing the right part

The buyer is responsible for choosing a part that fits their appliance. We recommend searching by appliance model (E-Nr. or PNC) or by part number. If in doubt, send us your appliance model — we will help you find the right part.

We recommend having parts installed by a qualified technician. The seller is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or use of a part.

6. Right of withdrawal

The buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The goods must be unused, not installed, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging. The return procedure, deadlines and costs are described on the Returns and warranty page.

7. Product quality and warranty

The seller is responsible for the quality of the goods as required by law. If the goods are of inadequate quality or incomplete, the buyer has the right to demand a replacement, a repair, a price reduction or a refund. A consumer may make claims regarding goods of inadequate quality within 2 years of the goods being handed over.

The warranty does not apply if the goods were damaged by incorrect installation, use for purposes other than intended, mechanical damage or voltage fluctuations. The procedure for submitting claims is described on the Returns and warranty page.

8. Obligations of the buyer and the seller

The buyer undertakes to provide correct order details, pay for the order on time and accept the goods. If the buyer has created an account, they are responsible for keeping their login details secure.

The seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods in accordance with the delivery terms and to inform the buyer if the order cannot be fulfilled or is delayed.

9. Personal data protection

We process the buyer's personal data only to fulfil the order and for the other purposes set out in the privacy policy.

10. Dispute resolution

We try to resolve disputes through negotiation, so we invite you to contact us first — we reply to complaints within 14 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, the consumer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, vvtat.lt) or apply to a court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. The seller may change these terms; changes take effect when published on this page and apply to orders placed afterwards.

These terms were published on 20 October 2026.
