How do I find the exact model of my appliance?
The appliance model (E-Nr. or PNC) is printed on the manufacturer's rating label. On washing machines and dishwashers you will find it on the edge of the door, on fridges on the inside wall, and on ovens on the door frame. Include this number in your order or send it to us, and we will find the part that fits exactly.
Are the parts original?
We sell only original manufacturer parts or high-quality OEM equivalents. Each product page clearly states which category the part belongs to.
Can I return a part if it doesn't fit?
Yes. You can return an unused and undamaged part within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us and we will arrange the return. More information is on the Returns and warranty page.
