Damaged shipment

Check the condition of a shipment delivered to your home in the presence of the courier. If you notice that it is damaged:

  • tell the courier who delivered the goods;
  • note on the delivery document that the packaging is damaged, and fill in a Packaging Damage (Inspection) Report together with the courier;
  • check the goods inside the packaging and, if they are damaged, photograph the damage. The photos will be needed for the return procedure.

If the packaging is not damaged, there is no need to check the goods in the presence of the courier. If you accept the shipment and sign the documents, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in good condition.
